Job summary

Tive, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle—from proactive sourcing and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Partnering closely with hiring managers as a data-driven trusted advisor, you will design effective hiring strategies, optimize recruiting analytics, and refine workflows to build strong pipelines across startup, SaaS, and hardware environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles in startup or SaaS and hardware.
• Proven track record hiring across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing using outbound channels.
• Data-driven stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and role requirements.
• Own and maintain headcount plan with People and Finance.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Drive hiring processes from kickoff to close with high standards.
