Huzzle is seeking a high-energy Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify elite talent for critical roles across multiple markets. This freelance role emphasizes strategic hunting, passive candidate conversion, and a data-driven approach to building complex talent pipelines.

You will execute sophisticated sourcing strategies, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques, and maintain precise ATS/CRM records to support hiring teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer with proactive talent identification.
• Experience hiring remotely across multiple international markets.
• Sourcing for SDRs, BDRs, CSMs, AMs, AEs and GTM roles.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray/Boolean search and other platforms.
• Strong ability to identify and convert passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional phone presence.
• Highly organised with accurate ATS/CRM records.

Deep-dive into various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, specialised job boards, and alternative databases. Craft highly personalised outreach messages that achieve high response rates from top-tier passive candidates. Screen and qualify candidates to ensure cultural and technical alignment before presenting them to the hiring team. Stay ahead of industry trends and tools to continuously optimise the sourcing workflow. Maintain organised candidate data within the ATS to ensure a seamless handoff to hiring managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer with a strong focus on proactive talent identification and outbound sourcing.
• Demonstrated success hiring remotely across multiple international markets, including South Africa, LATAM, the UK, Europe, and the US .
• Extensive experience sourcing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Managers (AMs), Account Executives (AEs), and broader GTM (Go-to-Market) roles .
• Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray search, Boolean search techniques, Pnet, and other job boards and sourcing platforms .
• Strong mastery of advanced Boolean search strings, X-Ray searches, and alternative sourcing methods beyond traditional keyword matching.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate ATS and CRM records.
