Job summary

Zohorecruit is hiring a Recruitment Specialist for LATAM to identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for multiple roles while partnering with external clients to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment processes.

The role involves leading client Kick-Off Calls, developing recruitment strategies, monitoring KPIs, and continuously improving outcomes. This position is 100% remote from Latin America and requires English proficiency and CST-hour availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles.
• Experience working with international or US/Canada-based clients is a plus.
• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) level with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Zoho Recruit or another ATS/HR CRM.
• Experience with Slack, Asana, Loom, and/or similar tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to lead Kick-Off Calls.
• Understanding of recruitment KPIs and ability to monitor and act on data.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit for marketing, sales, operations and other roles for international clients.
• Lead Kick-Off Calls to clarify role and candidate profile.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and optimize processes.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate communications and ATS data accurately.
• Draft recruitment ads and post in effective channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align profiles with needs.
• Provide clear candidate profile summaries for clients.
