Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Fueling Operations Support Manager to deliver technical and customer support for fueling facilities across industries. You’ll lead repairs, maintenance, inspections, and projects while ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder communication.

The role requires adapting to remote work arrangements, managing multiple dashboards, and driving KPI improvements within Ryder Fuel Service operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five years or more fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience.
• 1–3 years of direct customer relationship-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom customer solutions.
• Manage work order timelines and priorities using the system.
• Communicate updates clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Support compliance processes and identify potential issues early.
• Review and approve repair quotes; assist with projects and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to policy/procedures development.
