Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across industries. The role involves ownership of complex repair solutions, coordinating with environmental engineers, and leading by example within Ryder Fuel Service operations.

The ideal candidate will analyze systems, manage work orders, and ensure compliance schedules are met, while delivering proactive, clear communications to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five (5)+ years fuel system and/or environmental compliance experience required.
• 1–3 years of customer relationship-building experience required.
• Advanced communication and language usage for customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions.
• Manage work orders and prioritize customer service needs.
• Provide clear communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Support compliance scheduling and proactively identify issues.
• Review and approve repair quotes; support capital projects.
• Run ad-hoc reports and build basic reports from multiple systems.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.
• Develop and implement SOPs/ BMPs for stakeholders.
