Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to deliver technical and customer support for fueling facilities across various industries.

You will analyze fueling systems, manage service requests, and ensure compliance, while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and customers to resolve complex issues. The role requires strong communications, problem solving, and a proactive approach, with potential remote work arrangements and a focus on safety and process

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five+ years fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience required.
• 1–3 years of direct customer relationship-building experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions for customers.
• Ensure work order timelines are met and prioritize service needs.
• Provide clear communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Establish processes to proactively prevent Notices of Violation and ensure compliance schedules.
• Obtain, review, and approve repair quotes; support capital projects.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.
• Develop or implement policies, SOPs, BMPs for internal/external stakeholders.
