Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple industries. The role includes maintenance, inspections, repairs, and environmental compliance, coordinating with ASC,Environmental Engineer, and other teams.

You will manage repair solutions, support capital projects, and run ad-hoc reports while driving KPI visibility and process improvements. Remote work flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of fuel system and/or environmental compliance experience.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management and communications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fueling systems to develop custom repair or replacement solutions.
• Meet work order timelines and priorities using the management system.
• Communicate clearly with customers, databases, and stakeholders.
• Proactively ensure compliance schedules and address potential issues.
• Review repair quotes and support capital projects.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.
• Develop and implement SOPs/policies for internal/external stakeholders.
