Qualifications

• 1–3 years in direct customer relationship-building experience.
• Strong language and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems (UST/AST, ATG, sensors, pumps, DEF, piping) to deliver complete repair or replacement solutions.
• Prioritize work orders and communicate status to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop/implement processes and SOPs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and generate ad-hoc reports from multiple systems.
• Support environmental compliance and notices of violation mitigation.
