Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple industries.

You will own complex repair or replacement solutions and lead projects with internal teams and contractors. You will analyze fueling systems, manage work orders, monitor KPIs, and develop policies and SOPs while ensuring environmental compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.
• 5+ years fuel system and/or facility maintenance management experience required.
• 1–3 years of customer relationship management experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions.
• Manage work orders, priorities, and timely communications with customers.
• Ensure compliance schedules and proactively address potential issues.
• Review and approve repair quotes; support capital projects and ad-hoc reporting.
