Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple industries. The role involves troubleshooting complex systems, coordinating with ASC and Environmental Engineers, and driving timely, compliant service delivery.

You will review quotes, run ad-hoc reports, and monitor KPIs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Remote work may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and issue resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Technical aptitude in electronics or mechanical systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions.
• Manage work orders, priorities, and timelines.
• Communicate updates clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement processes to proactively address compliance issues.
• Review repair quotes and support projects under guidance of environmental engineers.
• Monitor KPIs and support policy/procedure development.
