You will interact with ASC, Environmental Engineer, internal teams, manufacturers, and client personnel, taking ownership of complex assignments and leading by example in Ryder Fuel Service operations. Qualifications

• Minimum H.S. diploma; Bachelor's preferred in Business or related field.
• Five+ years fuel system / facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience.
• 1–3 years of customer relationship-building experience.
• Advanced MS Office, including Excel pivot tables.
• Strong communication and ability to create positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom customer solutions.
• Manage work orders to meet timelines and priorities.
• Provide clear communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and BMPs.
• Review and approve repair quotes; support capital projects.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance.
• Lead by example in Ryder Fuel Service operations.
