Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five+ years of fuel system and/or facility maintenance management experience.
• Experience in customer relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; technical aptitude required.
• Familiarity with downstream fueling systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom customer solutions.
• Manage work orders to meet timelines and priorities.
• Provide clear communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify compliance issues and support Notices of Violation remediation.
• Review, approve repair quotes and support capital projects.
• Run ad-hoc reports and build basic reports from multiple systems.
• Monitor and report on KPIs; contribute to policy and SOP development.
