Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Frontline Advisor for Expense Wire on a remote, 12-month basis. The role involves handling emails and phone interactions, researching technical questions, and maintaining high-quality service with prescribed guidelines.

A strong analytical and communication skill set is essential, with preference for West Coast candidates to align with hours. Under moderate guidance, you will build knowledge of the product and processes, document interactions, and

Qualifications

Frontline support experience or sales support preferred.
Experience with Expense Reporting or similar tools preferred.
Experience with AI tools to enhance customer support – preferred.
Payroll experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Delivers quality service to Expense Wire via phone, Webex and email.
Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established SLAs and KPIs.
Ability to work with phones and Salesforce queues simultaneously while maintaining SLA and KPIs.
Develops and maintains knowledge of Expense Wire product and related policies.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and helps implement them.
Documents all interactions in Salesforce.
Mentors less experienced teammates.
