Exiger seeks a Senior Technical Advisor for Strategic Supply Chain Risk & Warfighting Technology in the United States. The role blends defense analytics with hands-on data engineering to validate mitigation strategies across DoD supply chains and modernization programs.

The candidate will serve as a principal technical interface to government customers, presenting decision-grade findings and guiding executives. Remote eligibility supports hybrid collaboration with DoD stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in defense, national security, industrial base analysis, acquisition, sustainment, or warfighting technology environments.
• Experience engaging senior leaders or executive-level decision-makers within the DoD/DoW or service headquarters.
• Practical software and data engineering background enabling rapid validation of platform recommendations.
• Hands-on production analytics and data pipelines (ETL, SQL, Python) with modern software practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for government customers, leading discussions on risk findings and mitigation options.
• Engage with executive-level stakeholders at DoW/Service headquarters for decision-grade recommendations.
• Present analytical outputs clearly for executive decision-making and formal recommendations.
• Advise on feasibility, industrial base capacity, and authorities across Army, Navy, Air Force, and joint stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to guide SCRM workflows.
• Translate analysis into actionable courses of action with clear tradeoffs and timelines.
• Support mitigation strategy design, validation, and execution for modernization priorities.
