Job summary
InEight Inc. is seeking a French-speaking Construction Project Engineer or Manager with strong cost-controls experience to join our remote-friendly delivery team.
You will train client core teams, map business processes, and drive adoption of the InEight suite across owners, engineers and contractors. Applicants should have 5+ years in engineering/construction, plus cross-functional communication skills and willingness to travel ~15%.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in engineering and construction industries.
- Ability to train and facilitate both in person and online.
- Excellent communication with varied roles from craft to executive.
Responsibilities
- Works with a wide range of companies to implement and train the InEight suite tools.
- Conveys business processes, end-user roles, and supports backlog prioritization.
- Collaborates with product teams to align solutions with portfolio strategy.
- Provides feedback to Product Manager / Owner for backlog.
- Delivers end-user training and marketing communications.
- Leverages construction background to accelerate product adoption.
- Represents InEight with client stakeholders.
- Interfaces across internal and external teams; promotes transparency.
