Job summary

InEight, Inc. is seeking a French-speaking Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager with strong cost controls to train and implement the InEight software for client teams. The role requires travel approx. 15% and collaboration with engineers, owners and construction firms.

Based in Scottsdale with remote work options, this position emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and delivering high-quality training and solutions to diverse clients in North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• French-speaking with strong construction industry background.
• 5+ years’ experience in engineering and construction industries.
• Education in construction management, engineering sciences, business administration, computer science, applied technology, communications, or teaching (secondary/adult).
• Background in estimating, project controls, scheduling, design management, contract management, or bid packaging.
• Experience facilitating training face-to-face and online.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of roles and levels.
• Willingness to travel ~15%.
• Experience with Office products, PDF software, roadmapping tools (Aha!), ServiceNow, testing tools (HP ALM) and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with Power BI semantic modeling and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and train clients on the InEight suite across organizations.
• Translate business processes and end-user roles into effective InEight solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple InEight teams to ensure alignment with portfolio strategy.
• Provide feedback to Product Manager to shape backlog and product direction.
• Produce end-user training materials and marketing communications for InEight products.
• Leverage construction background to accelerate product adoption at client sites.
• Serve as InEight spokesperson with client stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication across internal and external teams.

Position Summary:

The Project Delivery Consultant is responsible for training companies core teams when implementing the InEight software. He/she is a problem solver, trying to understand how an organization does business and implementing the suite of tools to solve functional gaps. They’ll work with a wide range of owners, engineers and construction firms. Utilizing their construction or engineering background to facilitate better decision making for our clients. This person is self-organized and communicates well with all levels of an organization. He/she is client focused and ensures that our customers satisfaction is at the for front of how InEight does business.

We are looking for a French Speaking Construction Project Engineer or Construction Project Manager with strong and Cost controls experience, rather than an IT professional for this position.

• Works with a wide range of companies to implement and train the InEight suite tools
• Understands and helps convey business processes, end user roles, and helps InEight Product and Support teams drive quality solutions and services
• Works cross-functionally with a variety of InEight teams to ensure solution decisions are in alignment with the overall portfolio strategy
• Helps provide feedback for InEight - Product Manager / Product Owner to aid in the creation and prioritization of the product backlog
• Assists with producing, maintaining and delivering end user training and marketing communications regarding the InEight products
• Leverages construction background to implement InEight products and help fast track successful product adoption
• Serves as an InEight spokesperson with client’s stakeholders
• Self-organized and communicates well with internal teams as well as external clients.
• Stays focused on delivering quality services, encourages teamwork, transparency and collaboration
• Assists with InEight product testing and defect resolution prior to product release and during hyper care

Requirements & Qualifications:

• French Speaking
• 5 + years’ experience in the engineering and construction industries
• Educated in any one of the following areas: construction management, engineering sciences, business administration, computer science and applied technology, communications, and teaching (with focus on secondary or adult education)
• Has a strong background many of the following areas, estimating, project controls, scheduling, design management, contract management, bid packaging, business management, change management.
• Experience with facilitating training face to face and online meetings
• Experience working with a wide range of company roles and positions (i.e. front line craft, project management, administration and executive level roles)
• Must be able to communicate well with teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present information both to technical and non-technical customers/stakeholders, in appropriate media and form.
• Able to synthesize and articulate complex concepts targeted at multiple audiences
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
• Experience with standard Office products, PDF software, road mapping tools (ie Aha!), support tools (ie ServiceNow), testing tools (ie HP ALM) and project management and collaboration software (ie Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
• Experience with Power BI semantic modeling and visualizations
