REDZONE is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach (French Speaking) to lead Lean and cultural transformations across manufacturing customers in the US. The role involves remote work with up to 80% travel across the United States, coaching on Redzone software, and driving productivity gains on-site and on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates are senior operations leaders with hands-on manufacturing experience, strong French-English bilingual skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in English and French required.
• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Direct coaching to business clients preferred.
• Experience using OEE to drive results and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software across 90-day on-site deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor huddles and daily meetings to support action cycles.
• Tracks performance data and uplifts during deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Manages project schedules with customers and provides final assessments.
