Job summary

QAD Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach (French Speaking) in the United States (Georgia) to lead Lean and cultural transformations through QAD Redzone software.

You will work directly with shop floor staff, leaders, and executives to achieve growth and productivity gains. This full‑time role requires travel up to 80% across the U.S., is remote, and demands strong English/French communication, senior manufacturing leadership, and coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French is required.
• Senior operations leadership experience in manufacturing is required.
• Experience coaching business clients directly is preferred.
• Experience using OEE to drive production results is required.
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software during deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor huddles and daily vital signs meetings.
• Tracks performance data and uplifts during deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Shares feedback to drive behavior change and uplift results.
• Coordinates remote weekly progress meetings with customers.
• Identifies miracle stories and guides celebrations of wins.
• Manages project schedules with customers.
• Delivers executive overviews and program information.
• Troubleshoots customer technical issues as needed.
• Identifies next steps in Redzone journey with customers.
