Job summary

REDZONE, the Connected Workforce unit within QAD Redzone, drives lean transformations across manufacturing sectors with coaching and software. The Operational Excellence Coach leads 5–7 client projects, delivering 90‑day on-site deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Fluent English/French, senior manufacturing leadership, and hands-on coaching experience are required; travel up to 80% across the United States is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• 2 years in a similar coaching role is desired but not required.
• OEE knowledge essential for driving production results.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and build strong client relationships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software through multiple 90‑day on-site deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor Huddles and Daily Vital Signs meetings to support action cycles.
• Tracks performance data and uplifts throughout deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Shares feedback to drive behavior change and uplift results.
• Facilitates remote weekly customer progress meetings.
• Identifies miracle stories and celebrations with the customer.
• Manages project schedules with customers.
• Delivers Success Assessments on project completion.
• Provides executive overviews and information on Redzone programs.
• Troubleshoots technical issues as needed.
• Supports next steps in the Redzone journey.
• Other duties as assigned.
