You’ll use McLeod software and load boards to source carriers, negotiate rates, and coordinate shipments with operations. This role emphasizes a hunter mindset and results-driven performance, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements

Qualifications

• Full-time availability in office (Mon-Fri).
• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers.

• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
• Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity.
• Use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc.
