Job summary

Fello Logistics, a fast-growing freight brokerage focusing on open-deck, flatbed, heavy-haul freight, is seeking a proven sales rep to build and own a lucrative book of business. You will prospect via cold/warm calls, email, and LinkedIn, lead discovery with logistics leaders, and quote consultatively after training on our niche.

You’ll run quarterly reviews to grow wallet share and work with carriers/ops to onboard accounts.

Qualifications

• Prior freight brokerage experience is required.
• Ability to build and own a sales pipeline.
• Team-oriented; coachable and eager to improve.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline through cold calls, warm calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct discovery and sales conversations with owners, plant managers, and logistics leaders.
• Provide consultative quotes after training on our niche and market.
• Run quarterly reviews with accounts and increase share of wallet.
• Collaborate with carrier and operations teams to onboard accounts smoothly.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM and manage your book.
