Candidates should have at least one year of brokerage experience and a BA/BS or equivalent. The position is 100% remote, nationwide, with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year brokerage experience.
• Basic understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure freight, carriers, and customers using diverse methods.
• Develop opportunities from the Business Development Team.
• Manage relationships with customers as the primary contact for Gampac.
• Monitor loads and resolve issues for customers; ensure data integrity in systems.
• Lead associates, including scheduling and training.
• Travel as needed.
