Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of brokerage experience.
• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure freight, carriers, and customers using diverse methods.
• Creatively develop solutions for customer needs.
• Develop opportunities from the Business Development Team.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts and act as primary customer contact.
