Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Executive Manager for 3rd Party Logistics to source, secure, and manage transportation for Gampac customers. This 100% virtual role covers markets including Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, and other key regions.

You will drive new business development, manage accounts, and ensure data integrity across customer functions. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in brokerage, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of brokerage experience.
• Basic understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to negotiate and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source, secure, and manage transportation needs for customers.
• Develop opportunities from Business Development leads and accounts.
• Manage relationships between customers and the company.
• Monitor loads, identify and resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead associates and coordinate scheduling and performance feedback.
• Travel as needed for coverage and relationship building.
