Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for Strategy and Operations - Fraud in a remote-capable US team. The role focuses on reducing fraud costs, accelerating growth, and implementing strategic programs that protect the platform while preserving user experience.

The candidate will work with Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants, coupling analytics with business judgment. The ideal candidate is data-driven, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and comfortable leading large projects

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, bizops, investment banking, analytics or related experience.
Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Excel are required.

Responsibilities

Define and implement DoorDash’s strategy in new areas and deliver direct business impact.
Analyze fraud vectors across DoorDash's platform and improve the experience of good users.
Influence across product, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to establish goals and build programs.
Improve through experimentation by using data-driven decisions to reduce fraud while growing the business.
