Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate in Fraud Operations to safeguard our platform through fraud detection and prevention. You will scale reviews, manage outsourced vendor partners, and optimize processes while driving performance across teams.

The role blends project management, quality analysis, and vendor relationships with hands-on casework. You’ll report to the Associate Manager on the Fraud Partner Operations team within Fraud Strategy and Operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in fraud, finance, or other professional operations environment as an individual contributor.
• Proven experience managing 3+ long term projects with financial or process improvement impact.
• Previous experience managing BPOs.
• Proficiency in internal systems (FWS, THQ), Salesforce, ACC, OAI, Mode, Sigma.
• Advanced time management and analytical skills.
• Strong SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing relational databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Investigations experience or experience on a process improvement team.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day health of fraud queues worked by outsourced vendor partners, monitoring performance and driving improvement plans.
• Lead quality review programs with vendor QA teams to improve review accuracy and fraud detection.
• Combat fraud using data-driven insights and daily performance reporting informing leadership decisions.
• Independently champion projects from creation through execution with reporting, documentation, and process design.
• Build and run launch plans for new queues and cross-training initiatives with training and go-live readiness.
• Develop trusted relationships across internal teams and outsourced vendor partners; serve as primary escalation contact.
• Dive into data to spot trends and turn complex information into actionable insights.
