DoorDash is seeking a data-driven Strategy & Operations Associate to help reduce Dasher fraud and scale safe growth across new verticals. You’ll analyze fraud vectors and work with product, engineering, and analytics teams to implement strategic programs that protect users and enable business impact.

You have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in consulting, strategy, or analytics, with strong SQL and Excel skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment that rewards ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement DoorDash’s strategy in Dasher fraud and deliver direct business impact.
• Analyze fraud vectors end-to-end to identify bad actors and improve user experience.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics and cross-functional teams to establish goals and build programs.
• Use data-driven tests to reduce fraud while accelerating growth.
