Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8–10 years in technical project management, PMO, or related fields.
• Demonstrated consultancy experience on large, complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development, review, and prioritization of Business Needs Statements (BNS) for new feature development and IT implementation.
• Liaising between Product Prep and Payment teams and IT for clear, timely action item resolution.
• Coordinating between Business and Customers, including industry outreach and stakeholder updates.
• Developing visualizations and presentations to communicate insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Aggregating data into concise reporting materials to support decision making for FAM Projects.
• Using Agile practices to manage requirements and reviews with business and IT stakeholders.
• Analyzing current processes in Product Prep and Payment to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
