Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in technical project management and related practices.
- Experience on large, complex projects and consultancy experience.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and problem solving.
- Proficient with MS Power Suite and project tools.
Responsibilities
- Support development, review, and prioritization of Business Needs Statements (BNS) for IT.
- Liaise between Product Prep and Payment and IT for clear communication and action items.
- Coordinate communication between Business and Customers, including MTAC updates.
- Create visuals and presentations to convey insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Aggregate data into concise reports to support decision-making for FAM Projects.
- Apply Agile practices to manage requirements and reviews with stakeholders.
- Analyze current processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
