Rhino7 Franchise Development Company, Inc. is seeking a motivated sales professional to guide franchise candidates from initial conversation through the signed franchise agreement.

This remote, full-time role offers a base of $60,000 plus commission and utilizes our franchise sales system and broker network. You will manage broker relationships, keep Salesforce records up to date, and represent our franchisor clients on video and in person, with occasional travel to discovery days and industry

Qualifications

• Three or more years selling franchises.
• Working knowledge of the franchise broker world and relationships.
• Strong CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams daily.
• Home office is already set up and ready.
• Willingness to follow a proven system; no side work.
• Fully employed with exclusive focus; no other brands.
• Team player attitude and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Take franchise candidates through the Rhino 7 Franchise Sales System from start to finish.
• Build and maintain broker, consultant, and coach relationships to drive deal flow.
• Accurately track candidates, calls, and next steps in Salesforce.
• Represent the franchisor clients well, both on video and in person.
• Occasional travel for discovery days, brand launches, and industry events.
