Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in hospitality, learning and development, training, facilitation, or related experience.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training in virtual and in-person environments.
• Experience supporting operational excellence, guest service initiatives, brand standards, revenue management, or contact center operations preferred.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning content creation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live virtual and in-person learning programs for franchisees, hotel staff, and contact center associates.
• Create, update, and maintain learning content across multiple delivery methods (ILT, virtual workshops, eLearning, videos, guides).
• Support certification programs and learning events, including the Choice annual convention.
• Collaborate with department representatives and owner associations to develop learning aligned with business goals.
