Job summary

Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking a Learning Facilitator to deliver engaging, high-quality training for franchisees, hotel staff, and call center associates.

You will lead live virtual and in-person sessions, develop content across formats, and align programs with operational goals to drive guest satisfaction and revenue. The role requires 3+ years in hospitality learning, strong facilitation, and proficiency with Zoom, MS Office, and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in hospitality, hotel operations, learning and development, training or facilitation.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training in virtual and in-person settings.
• Experience with LMS, content creation, and learning delivery in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual and in-person learning programs for franchisees and hotel staff.
• Develop, maintain, and update learning content across multiple formats (instructor-led, eLearning, videos).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve program effectiveness and adoption of initiatives.
• Lead or support workshops and certification programs for hotel operations.
• Coordinate and deliver content at company conventions and events.
