Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or related field; remote training preferred.
• Experience with Huntington Learning Center strongly preferred; other tutoring/education experience is a plus.
• Confident presenter capable of leading live virtual sessions.
• Strong communication across different learning styles.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple training schedules.
• Familiar with Zoom and Microsoft Teams for virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive, high-impact virtual onboarding sessions for new franchisees and center staff
• Deliver training on our systems, operational procedures, and programs using online tools
• Adapt training strategies to meet the needs of different audiences (owners, teachers, administrative staff)
• Support new franchisees and their teams through early weeks with regular virtual check-ins and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure training materials are current and aligned with company initiatives
• Use feedback, assessments, and data to continuously improve the onboarding experience
