CareerPlug is hiring a Franchisor Business Consultant (Partner Growth Manager) to manage a portfolio of franchise and association partners. You will drive paid adoption, launches, and ongoing partner success across a franchise network. You’ll train, present, and analyze data to grow revenue and retention.

Remote-based in the U.S., travel to conferences is required. A strong background in franchising, partner growth, and CRM tools is essential for building trusted relationships and delivering

Formación

• Experience working with franchise brands and franchisors, or related networks.
• Experience growing adoption or revenue through others.
• Comfortable presenting and training groups, virtually and in person.
• Experience owning measurable goals (quota, adoption, retention, or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Own a book of franchise and association partners and grow paid adoption and locations against a quarterly quota.
• Build and run a strategic adoption plan for each partner from account-level data.
• Lead new partner launches: kickoff calls, job template workshops, home-office trainings and network launch sessions.
• Hold regular partner meetings and ROI reviews with brand leaders and field teams.
• Build relationships with influential franchisees and members so they champion CareerPlug within their brand.
• Create and deliver webinars, promotions and educational content that drive adoption.
• Monitor partner health, renewal dates and churn risk, and keep partners informed on open issues.
• Represent CareerPlug at partner conferences and events, including speaking when the opportunity comes up.
• Keep partner records up to date in HubSpot
