College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk & Moving is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to partner with a portfolio of franchise owners. In this remote role, you’ll analyze performance, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability by turning data into action.

You’ll work with partners virtually and on-site as needed to coach to KPIs, develop plans, and ensure execution within the CHHJ Way. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for helping entrepreneurs will help you succeed in this

Qualifications

Franchise experience with ownership, GM, or coaching roles.
Experience owning/coaching P&L in multi-unit service business preferred.
Able to coach, influence and hold owners accountable for results.
Strong financial acumen: interpret P&Ls, cash flow, KPIs, forecasts.

Responsibilities

Coach a portfolio of franchise locations (typically 25–36 sites).
Complete readiness plan and own portfolio within 30 days of hire.
Drive revenue, profitability, cash flow, ops, and customer experience improvements.
Lead weekly coaching sessions and actionable follow-ups.
Analyze performance indicators and translate insights into actions.
Leverage KPI dashboards and AI coaching tools to prioritize opportunities.
