Job summary

Voyage Advisory is seeking an experienced Fractional Project Manager to support a large enterprise undergoing organizational transformation. This part-time 1099 engagement is remote with 10–15 hours per week and a 3–4 month initial term, with potential extension.

Candidates should have CAPM (PMP preferred), 8+ years of enterprise PM experience, a proven ability to rescue at-risk projects, and comfort working with senior leaders; occasional travel to East Coast locations may be required.

Qualifications

• CAPM certification required.
• 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects within large enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees).
• Proven success rescuing, stabilizing, or turning around projects that were behind schedule, off track, or at risk.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation, organizational redesign, or workforce change initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise training initiatives involving 100+ employee populations.
• Occasional travel to East Coast client locations may be required for key meetings or project milestones.
• Ability to quickly onboard and become productive with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments where discretion and professionalism are critical.
• Must be available during standard Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Establish structure and accountability within a project environment requiring stabilization.
• Provide leadership with consistent reporting and visibility into status, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate complex transformation and training initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Help bring challenged projects back on track and improve execution discipline.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders by reducing the need for project oversight and follow-up.
