Job summary

Trianz seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives for global clients on the USA East Coast. You will manage cross-functional programs spanning business, technology, and operations, with emphasis on governance, planning, and executive reporting.

The role requires 10–12 years of experience with 5+ years in program management, plus experience presenting to C-level stakeholders and certifications such as PMP/PgMP/SAFe.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience with 5+ years of program management.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• PM/PMO certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, SAFe, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs from initiation through successful execution.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, governance frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate multiple interconnected projects and workstreams across business and technology teams.
• Ensure alignment between strategic business objectives and program outcomes.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, scope changes, and issue resolution.
