Ethos Risk Services in the United States is seeking a hands-on FP&A Strategic Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, automate processes, and partner with senior leadership to drive growth.

This 100% remote, U.S.-based role prefers EST alignment and occasional travel for leadership meetings. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience or related field.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel, Power Query, and large data set analysis.
• Experience with driver-based forecasts and scalable reporting.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or analytics tools preferred.
• Insurance/healthcare/claims services familiarity a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting across departments in line with goals and priorities.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecasting for revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and KPIs.
• Develop driver-based revenue models by service line, customer, volume, and pricing.
• Build strategic financial models for growth opportunities and margin improvements.
• Support M&A through modeling, due diligence, synergy analysis, and integration planning.
• Create executive reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and performance scorecards.
• Analyze trends, identify risks/opportunities, and translate findings into actions.
• Consolidate data across accounting, billing, CRM, and ops for insights.
• Leverage Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to automate reporting and forecasting.
