Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an Associate Director of FP&A to build and scale the function across a growing, multi-entity international organization. The role oversees forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics, with a focus on AI-enabled automation and data integration.

Remote work is supported with a preference for East Coast candidates. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in FP&A, strong modeling and Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related function.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis and reporting.
• Experience using AI tools, Claude, to improve analysis or automation.

Responsabilités

• Own rolling forecast, annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with KPIs and commentary for senior leadership.
• Develop profitability reporting by client, service line, department, and geography.
• Partner with Sales to improve revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with Operations to define KPIs and improve reporting consistency.
• Leverage Claude and AI to automate data extraction, variance analysis, and reporting.
