Ethos Risk Services is seeking an experienced FP&A Strategic Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling in a fully remote, U.S.-based role. You will drive driver-based forecasts, develop KPI dashboards, and provide leadership with actionable insights across finance, data, and technology.

You’ll partner with department heads to ensure rigorous financial planning, strengthen reporting processes, and evaluate growth opportunities, including M&A impact and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance or related experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, reporting and analytics skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting across departments.
• Develop driver-based revenue and expense models and performance dashboards.
• Provide strategic financial analysis for growth, pricing, staffing, and investments.
• Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Deliver executive reporting packages and KPI scorecards.
