Job summary

Augment Risk Limited is seeking an Associate in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in the United States. The role centers on translating data into strategic insights, building analytics infrastructure, and partnering across the organization to drive growth and efficiency.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while leveraging AI tools to elevate financial modelling. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in FP&A or BI, strong communication, and a builder mindset.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of FP&A, financial data analytics, or BI experience.
• Ability to distill data into actionable insights and business impact.
• Experience with AI tools (LLMs, analytics copilots) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate insights from performance data to inform strategic priorities.
• Develop predictive models and scenario analyses for proactive decision-making.
• Transform complex data into clear visualizations and storytelling for stakeholders.
• Support budget, P&L, cash forecasting, variance analysis, headcount planning, and board reporting.
• Build automated reporting and dashboards to improve efficiency.
