Job summary

Ethos is seeking a financial planning analyst to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on building and refining AI-generated decks for monthly reporting, bridges, wateralls, headcount and opex exhibits, and commentary for finance reviews.

Requires 3+ years FP&A or related finance experience, expert PowerPoint skills, and precise written communication. Flexible, remote engagement with 5-20 hours weekly, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for monthly reporting and core workflows
• Develop and polish bridge and waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and ensure high-quality slide craft across decks
