Ethos is seeking FP&A analysts to help train their latest language model on professional presentations and slide decks. This role focuses on building the decks behind the numbers for AI-driven insights, with 3+ years in FP&A or related finance at a major company.

Work is fully remote, flexible, 5-20 hours per week, with ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour and candidates should excel in PowerPoint, reporting packs, and clear written communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience building decks behind the numbers for monthly reporting and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop monthly reporting slides, bridge and waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits.
• Draft scenario analyses and finance review commentary.
