Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A analyst to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on crafting and refining decks for monthly reports, bridges and waterfall charts, and headcount/opex exhibits, with strong emphasis on clear written communication.

This is a fully remote, part-time engagement requiring 5–20 hours per week (flexible). Start date ASAP. Compensation is $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for professional contexts.
• Create, evaluate, and refine monthly reporting slides, bridges, waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and support model training for the language model.
