Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A analyst to help train an AI model by crafting professional slide decks and finance presentations. You will build and refine monthly reporting packs, bridges, and waterfall charts while ensuring high-quality storytelling through slides.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, expert PowerPoint skills, and strong written communication. This is a fully remote, flexible role offering 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with attention to detail.
• Strong written communication and ability to craft clear finance narratives.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for finance reviews.
• Assemble monthly reporting slides, bridge/waterfall charts, and opex/headcount exhibits.
• Draft scenario analyses and concise commentary to accompany finance materials.
