Job summary

Ethos seeks a business finance analyst to support training of an AI language model with professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on crafting and refining finance decks and narrative slides for core workflows, drawing on 3+ years FP&A experience.

Work is fully remote with a flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills are essential to produce high-quality, audit-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core finance workflows.
• Develop monthly reports, bridge/waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits, scenario analyses, and finance commentary.
