Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced business finance analysts to help train a foundational AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will build and refine AI-generated decks for core finance workflows, including monthly slides and performance summaries.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or related finance, expert PowerPoint skills, and impeccable written communication. Fully remote, with flexible 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start, at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce monthly reporting slides, bridges/waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analysis pages.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and ensure high-quality slide craftsmanship.
