Ethos is seeking FP&A analysts to help train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will craft and refine AI-generated slides across monthly reports, bridges, waterfalls, headcount, and opex exhibits, with strong emphasis on clarity and accuracy.

Applicants should have 3+ years in FP&A or business finance, expert PowerPoint skills, and excellent written communication. This remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or related finance roles at a major company.
• Expert in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and decks across core workflows.
• Develop monthly reporting slides, bridge/waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits, scenario pages and commentary for finance reviews.
