Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced FP&A analysts to help train our language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role offers a flexible commitment and remote work with a weekly 5–20 hour window.

We require 3+ years in FP&A or related finance areas, strong PowerPoint and slidecraft skills, and excellent written communication with attention to detail. Start date ASAP, compensation at $70/hour with potential for more as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or business/ commercial finance at a significant company.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop monthly reporting slides, bridges and waterfall charts.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and related materials.
