Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior FP&A analyst to help train an AI language model by crafting professional presentation decks and reports. You will own the slide-building process, ensuring accuracy and clarity across monthly reports, bridge/waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analyses.

Strong PowerPoint skills and precise written communication are essential. Remote, flexible hours (5–20 per week or more as desired) with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Create monthly reporting slides, bridges and waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits.
• Develop scenario analyses and provide commentary for finance reviews.
